Can we do court marriage in other city without informing parents

I wanted to marry a girl. She is from andhra pradesh, vijaywada. I'm from M.p. doing private teaching job in kota. But the problem is our parents they both are against this & she want to leave her house to come to me. But I want support from someone so that after February 2017. I can marry her. But she can't live with her parents for that much time. I want help. Please suggest me something what to do? I'm loosing myself.
If girl is above 18 yr and r above 21 yr then u have legitmently entitled to marry each other no one can prohibit u ,u can marry as per ur religious ritual at any place in India ,after marrying u live batter ,rest on VI's a VI's
