No you are obliged to pay her maintenance as she is already getting pension as wife of your deceased father and she is able to maintain her self with that amount.where have your mother and sister filed a maintenance case against you?

DEAR SIR SO SORRY TO HEAR ALL THIS THINGS HAPPENS WITH YOU.
NOW KINDLY UNDERSTAND YOUR STEP MOTHER AND STEP SISTER CAN NOT CLAIM MAINTENANCE FROM YOU BUT SOME CONDITION ARE APPLICABLE THEN ONLY.
AS FROM YOUR INFORMATION THEY CAN'T CLAIM MAINTENANCE BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT GROUNDS THEY HAVE TAKEN.

dear client
since you are son you are entitled to give maintenance .. but since you have never stayed with her nor she have ever looked after you so you can make an escape and get relief....
but need to get the details so that exact advice can be made in this regards.
