Childrens do not have right over the self aquired property of the father. Father can dispose the property as per their wish. However, such self aquired property was made using the income of the ancestral property, then the children can claim right over such property.

If you have clear documents to show that the subject property is purchased by your father and that he has voluntarily executed by gift deed. If gift deed is registered and you have obtained khatha, paying taxes than there should not be any issue unless the said property couldn't be transferred by your father under certain circumstances.
for rest may contact lawyer with papers.

The net result is "nil". Indian laws do not recognise right of son in the self acquired properties of father. Same principles applies to you and your properties, your son and daughter have no share. It is better to utilise your cleverness and get some property from your father.
