Can sister claim share in shop in my possession from 24years

I have a shop in market area in Solapur, Maharashtra​,India.The shop was purchased in 1993 between me and my sister in law.But I have setup a medical shop from 1993 and I have looked after the business since the setup.The taxes are also paid by me.Not a single penny for the taxes or any kind of help in my business has been given by my sister in law.Now how to get rid out of the situation as I want to be the sole owner of the shop,and she is not in a mood to settlement.The age of the property deed is 24 years. Please advice me a solution to this. Thank you.

Your question is not clear. If the shop was purchased by you and your sister in law together, then you both are owner and you cant deny her share.
Just because you are paying the outgoings, that doesn't mean that you get the entire property.
