Can property be given to one child only by parents?

Sir,is it possible to give total asserts only for one one,by left all other sons
Hi
All of the assets should be equally distributed when the deceased has not left any WILL/GIFT.
However if the other legal heirs consent to forego their rights / claims on deceased property, then it can be allotted / awarded to any one legal heir.
Please note that it is mandatory to have a registered settlement/partition deed in the event of partition/settlement amongst legal heirs.
