If both are adult and are marrying with mutual consent, then unless either of you are still married to a third person, no one can object to your marriage.

This usually requires a registration at the registrar’s office with proofs of your names and addresses (permanent addresses) where notices would be sent. This will be out up at the local registrar's office for 30days and in cases of no objections raised you will be granted a date to sign and legalize your marriage, parents objection do not count, (under special marriages act, if of different religion) which will be valid for another 30 days within which you will be required to legalize your marriage.
