Can parents compel married couple to live separately

I did marriage in temple have a certificate from it with witnesses. After that we started staying separate to convince parents for a social marriage but now parents are not accepting it. How can we get back together?
In your case in hand since you have performed your marriage in temple and having certificate of it,as such your marriage is legally valid &no one can denied your satus as wife&husband you can live together as wife and husband when you wish.

Parent can not compel marriage couple to live seperatly.if both are major. You have best option of register marriage.you meet with a lawyer of your district and submit marriage application at your district ragistar office.
