Yes it can be done. It's material for you to tell me that how you were disowned. Is there any publication in newspaper or is it through declaration suit? It depends on your answer to give you precise advice on your query.

YES
your parents can always give you share in their properties despite their disowning
you. For that you have to be specific what you exactly want by such change of decision.
So write down your specify query

There is a process of how to disown, whether that has been followed or not ?
merely by saying that you have been disowned doesnot mean you are disowned.
But yes the decision can be reversed by following appropriate procedure.
