Can my daughter ask share in grandfather's property

Dear sir,  i have a prob with my parents as they are supporting in all the way possible to my brother regards his studies, own flat, money and ornaments and every thing where in i have done my 10th class and i am working as a sales person in a normal company and i have a daughter and my brother has son and they didnt give any thing to me and they are giving every thing to my brother. my finicial positioin is very bad situation and i dont know how to ask or how to speak to them to secure my daughter life i request you to kindly give me any idea how to approach them to give me my share which has come from my grandparents and my parents.

In the instance matter, yes all the legal heirs' will get equal share in the ancestral property.
Hence you request your brother for your share in the property, failing which you can file a partition suit in the civil Court

A daughter has equal rights as son in the event of ancestral property.
issue Legal notice to your parents and brother asking for share of property (movable and immovable).
If your parents and brother do not reconcile the matter amicably, file a suit for partition in court of law and get your share of property.
