Can mother divide property for her son without his consent

I am my parents's only son and contributed a large sum towards our 2storeyed house in our native place. My sister is divorced and resides with my mother in this house alongwith her 20yr old son. The house is legally in my name. However, now my mother wants to divide it into three parts for each one of us. My question is can she legally go ahead with this division despite my legally owning it?
If property is bought by you and is legally on your name no need to worry as your mother has no right to divide the property in three shares. As she is not the owner of the property she cannot do this.
