Can mother claim maintenance from her son after husband

I am 70 years old widow and has two sons 50 yr and 45 yr old and a daughter 39 yr old. I lost my husband in 2002 and hv no house or any other property. Since 2000 my daughter has been taking care of me even after she got married in 2007. Now my daughters financial situation is too bad. I want to claim maintenance from my sons who are educated and in good positions but refuse to keep me at thier place and to give me any money. My daughter is not having a house of her own, she had rented a place for me and stays with me with her 3 year old daughter. Her husband is at his work place.
It is their moral duty to look after you.
If you want you can send notice to your sons or you can directly make petition before magistrate in whose jurisdiction your place of residence is.
