can keep the children but do not want to give any money to wife

married 15 yrs back. got 2 children. wife from other state. self a PSU employee. Now posted at home town for last 3 yrs. Wife at her home town where children studying. Regularly sending monthly expense. Wanted to shift her to my place but she gave lots of reason for not coming. Was under lot of mental stress from her side after marriage. Now she has filed a divorce case asking for a big amount as compensation and also want to give the childrens. I can keep the children but do not want to give any money. How can I frame the case.

If your wife is capable of earning and has got adequate educational qualifications for getting a job, you do not have to pay a farthing to your wife. Obviously you need an Order from the Court of competent jurisdiction.
