There is no prohibition under Indian Laws on Indian Army Officer Marrying a Nepalese citizen however Indian Army has its internal rules and procedures under which the Officer may have to seek permission before marrying a Nepalese citizen. Further advice can only be given after the rules and procedures of Indian Army are gone through.
