Can I register marriage outside Goa after 90 days of divorce

Hello..I am Hindu 34 yrs divorced woman from Goa.. Recently got divorce decree in Feb 2017...as per Goa family law I can't register marriage in Goa for next one year.. Can I register marriage outside Goa after completion of 90 days... Is it legal?
In case of Divorce by mutual consent, there is no such regulation however, it is advisable to wait for at-least for 60 days. However, in other cases it is advisable to wait for at-least 90 days to remarry after getting divorce. Also, it is not barred by law, you just can not solemnize the marriage on the date of divorce.
