Can i marry my cousin ?

I am a Hindu. Can I marry to my cousin(daughter of my mother's brother)?

If Your family custom so you can marry with cousin's. Under the special marriage act 1954.
[Special exemption in cast (GATHAVI, DARBAR, RAJPUT)etc]
Otherwise you can't marry in the relation

Technically in certain Hindu community they do ,but I would not suggest .Why do you want to marry your cousin?What is the opinion of your parents and her parents ? Do you in love with her ? If yes and you want to marry her then first you talk to the doctor he will tell you the dis advantage of such famiy marriage.Legally no issue

As per hindu law your relation falls within spinda relation. So you cant marry your cousin. Even otherwise she is your sister si socialy also you must not marry your cousin sister as this will create tussle in your family.
