Can i marry if not attained the age of majority

I 19years 9 months old Hindu boy and 25 years Hindu old girl want to marry,is their any legal way or solution in India for this marriage.

Dear friend as per your question and acording to hindu marriage act section 5 boy attend to 21 years and girl attend to 18 years but you want marry 25 years old girl so no any legal problem because you r major

yes, you can marry whether you have attained the age of majority or not. Their are no restrictions according to Hindu Law on marriage after 18 years. But your marriage can not be registered according to marriage registration Act. You can marry but marriage will be registered after you get 21 years of age completed.

U r above 19 yr so u r not minor as per Art 19 and 21 is provide u constitutionaly right of freedom of liberty's to live as ur wish and u can married as ur choice ,although marriage is valid but voidable on ur part rest on vis a vise
