Can I marry a girl where her parents are not ready

Sir i want to marriage with my girlfriend her age is 18 year old..and i service in govt job..she is also ready for this..is it any affect in service record or not..and what is other misbehaving by girl's family..both are hinduism. But caste is different..
When the girl has attained the age of majority, she can marry a boy of her choice. Nobody can influence her or force her to marry. Her parents cannot take any action against the boy if the girl marries by her choice.
