Can I live my life without anyone's interference and be answerable

I want to go somewhere and want to live my life without anyones restriction . So for this purpose what is the procedure. I dont want my parents and husbands interfere in my life. Pls help me.
you can live your life as per your wish n will but for that firstly you if you are married then you have to get divorce from your husband, your parents cant'n interfere in your life tell them with due respect

Hello,
You are a independent individual and legally a free person in this country which is your fundamental right given by the constitution of our country.
If you are married, your husband have legal right to cohabit with you but that could not be against your wish, no authorities including courts could force you to reside with any person against your wish even if they may be your parents or husband.
Incase you don not wish to live with your husband, he have various remedies in law eg...RCR for which he can approach the competent court, but again even if court pass a decree in his favour that does not mean you have to live with him. With that decree he may further move for the divorce petition and that is all.
