Can I get PF and gratuity amount after my husband's death

Can a wife get total amount of pf and gratuity after husbands death as mother in law already got other healthy amount as nominee from different insurances and also claiming for entire amount of pf and gratuity and where as wife didn't get a single penny after husband's death.

Yes you may claim the amount of P.F & Gratuity, however you have to check first of all that who is the nominee in P.F & Gratuity form if your husband has nominated then you will get it if your mother in law is nominated then it may be dicey situation for you. If your name is nominated then there will be the procedure of getting succession certificate from appropriate court of law, and you will re required to obtain claim letter from P.F & Gratuity office and annexe it to your succession petition.
