You may file complaint before protection officer of your area. After report of protection officer you may file complaint under provision/s of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence before Judicial Magistrate, may sought injunction orders for the same. As I am from Pune could not file case in your area, you may visit nearby court for assistance of Advocate from that Court.
