Can I file a RCR in Pune if wife is staying in Karnataka

I got married in may 2016. wife left after 4 months of marriage. I am going to file RCR in pune. My wife lives in hubli,karnataka. If she goes to supreme court for transfer of case to karnantaka shall I receive notice from supreme court so that I can oppose transfer petition or court transfer the case without my consent or without informing.she is not working.I am working in pune so I can not travel to karnataka every time. what is the estimate fees for opposing transfer petition in supreme court.

Yes you can file RCR in Pune . Yes you should receive the notice and file a reply in written but most likely it's going to go in her favour as you have stated in your query she is not working . The court taking that into consideration that she has no means of earning will either ask to bear her expense for travel or as you have means you to travel

You can file rcr at Pune regardless of fact that she will move to supreme court.
You have to be diligent about your right first.
In RCR case there is a less chance of her getting it transferred to Karnataka.

Yes u can file RCR in pune court.. U can state ur problem that u are not travelling from puna to karnataka.. If u r ready to give travelling allowance to ur wife. When she is not working till date.Then she can easily travell from karnataka to puna.

You can file RCR in Pune if you are belongs to Pune and if the last place of residence of yours is Pune. So far as transfer petition is concern if she file in SC it's the principal of natural justice without being heard to you no court has right to decided the matter ex parts.
It is better to file application before Pune court and so for as expenses are concern she can file application under sec 24 for maintainance during pendency of marriage petition.
