Can i claim share in father's property which he wants to give to uncle

My father sold one portion of my grandfather land and bought new Land on his name.. Now my father wants give that new Land to my brother. Can I get share on this land through legal process
If your father wants to sell his self acquired property or settle it to other person you cannot question him. If there is any of grandfather's land remaining unsold you could file a partition suit and you could contest the sale of your gf's land.
