Can I claim my father's pension for my brother's medication?

My father was a govt employee.Never took care of the family with three sons and wife.he use his salary for himself during the service and even the pension now.My could not even pull the daily needs now.He has not provided any education for my elder brothers .My eldest brother is suffering from severe health problem and he doesn't even taking care for his medication.So i would want to know weather i can legally claim for the pension. Please reply to the same sir.

you can claim for maintenance under Sec 125 of Cr.P.C (assuming all of you are below 18 years of age). also the pension of your father cannot be claimed / attached by the court under any circumstances.
