Yes, as marraige of kins is barred as per HMA , you can convert to christian and then perform marraige with your cousin sister under special marraige act.

In hindu religion and as per indian hindu marriage act it is prohibitted relation to marry with your blood relatives. So if you are serious in marrying to your massi's daughter , that is your cousin then its better to change your religion and maary as per special marriage act. But also note that after changing your religion you might loose other titles and rights from your family.

Changing religion with the sole motive to get married is prohibited.
But there are certain circumstances under which you can do so.
Whether the girl you are willing to get married is the daughter of real sister of your mother?
