Can husband share over second wife's property without divorce from 1st

My father marry with second woman without getting divorce from first one. My mother is second one . i want to ask that in my and my mother (i.e second wife of my father) properties my father have share on it or not
Dear Sir,
The second marriage (without getting the first divorce) is not valid in the eyes of law. Your mother and you can not claim any rights on the properties of your father as he did not legally divorce his first wife.

Legally without divorce your father's second marriage is illegal. But if ur father is willing he can gift his property to you and your mother. Or you tell your father to execute the will in your favour and get it registered but remember you must made it with caution because if not drafted with correct alternatives it may be challenged.
