Father in law has no right in daughter in karma salary but if that work has come from her husband then his father in law has right so if father in law has no right on daughter in law salary so case also does not maintainable

Don't you have husband let your husband to look after your father-in-law. If nobody is there to look after him accept you means you can take care of him on humanitarian grounds but he doesn't have any right in your salary.

The act clearly says , "when the other spouse is unable to maintain himself/her self" Then that spouce can claim maintenance.

Yes the father in law has a right to claim maintenance from the daughter-in-law salary as per Indian law. if father in law is retired employee and has no source of income and her son is living with her daughter-in-law and giving his earning to the daughter in law. Please see Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
