Can father deprive his son from the inherited property of grandfather

Can a father deprived off his son from the inhereted property from his grandfather to his father under the present Muslims law in India. Pls reply --

No a father cant deprive his from the property he have inherited from his ancesstor.under hindu law ancesstral property will be devolved upon all the legal heirs but under the muslim law the ancesstral property devolve directly to the immediate heir and he is the absolute owner of the property. But he can not deprive u arbitrariy without giving any justification.

No your father cannot deprive you from ancestral property according to law. As the property is yours ancestral property therefore as per law in ancestral property each and every legal heirs have equal share.
