A daughter can file domestic violence case U/S-12 against her own mother is it possible ? I know that recently had passed the judgement from APEX COURT regarding this issue however I want to know it is possible , Daughter can entitled to file this case against mother . If have any judgement regarding this kinds of casess then please do mentioned it . Kindly answer me about this question .
