Can cousins marry each other as per hindu laws

Can get marry to my cousin's daughter ? We have 3 years age difference. Is there any possibility to get marry to my cousin's daughter ?

well in hindu law they are with in degree of prohibited relationship hence they can not marry .... . Hindu law is very much ...

Under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 marriage between sapindas is prohibited.

Under the Act sapindas are cousins down to 5th generation on the paternal side and down to 3rd generation on the mother's side. In counting generations the generation of cousins concerned is also included.

Hence, as per law , your marriage will not be valid

this marriage is under prohibited degree of relationship and hence it is not a valid marriage under Hindu Marriage Act. however is the custom and usages permit such marriage then it will be a valid marriage, any further advice you can contact me.

Before asking the question I think you know the answer that's why I suggest you this marriage will be void as you have not disclosed sibling relationships so kindly mention full facts of the relationship so that I can answer properly
