It will be proper if you take paid consultancy to compensate the lawyer's stock-in-trade required to advise you. The fact you had mentioned it is not practically possible to give legal solution to ur problem.

Meaning of marriage to accept each other with their children, hence your children automatically become children of your present husband, and automatically gets the rights which your natural children gets, but it is essential they must perform their natural duties, also it is clear it works for the inherent property only.

Hi
It is relevant to mention the religion of your husband as succession laws differ but if it is self earned property he can bequeath his property both movable and immovable to his step children without legal adoption. Advisable to get the will registered.

If after your first husband death you have remarried with some one then first husband's children can not claim any rights in your 2nd husband property and you said that they all are settled and married then all possibilities of rights claim ends. Yes they can claim in their own father property. As after remarrying with some one you can not claim in your first husband property too.

Hi after your second marriage the second husband can be becoming father but not natural father so his property is on his will. He has to adopt your children than only there are legal heir of his property not will.
