can case of cheating be filed against girl for not paying money back

Sir or mam, mujhe delhi me ek ladki se marrige ke liye bat huyi thi. Marrige ke liye uske family aur mere family bhi agree ho gaye. Ye bate 2013 me huyi thi. Ladki boli ki delhi me jamin le lo to mai jamin bhi le liya . 2013 se 2017 tak mujhse karib 3lacs paise bhi li . Jo bhi paise mai diya hu uska proof bhi hai . Ab wo sadi ke liye mana kar rahi hai to mai bola ki thik hai sadi nahi karegi to paise lauta do to ladki aur uski sister dhamki de rahi hai . Kya mai court jau plz advice me
Agar apke pas payments ka proof ha to ap police complaint kara sakte ha 406, 420 ipc me. Or agar police station apki report darj nai karta ha to ap court ke dwara bhi un logo par report kara sakte hai.
