Can by grandfather and father be punished for torturing my mother

Sir/Mam my mom got married when she was 15yrs since then she is with my dad in joint family for about 30 years my grandparents have one more son he is with us but doesn't share any expenses not workload but enjoys the information of grandparents and sometimes loot their money also. Now my mom is suffering from severe infection in uterus wherein doctors advised to remove it the real cause for this is heavy workload being orthodox we cook in coal based traditional mud stove using well water only. For everyone in the house my mom cooks sometimes for any function she is made compelled to cook for about 100 people drawing water well the day resulted in such a disaater. Sir can my grandparents be punished along with my father. If not under what circumstances they can be punished so that I can collect evidence and proof for such violence against my mom. Am very much concerned because my mom health is depleting day by day and if she continues to live in this kind of lifestyl she may die also..
