Not just one but with hundreds of unmarried girls. Its upto him to manage all together.

Law do not allow live-in-relationship. It gives recognition to such relationship and puts it in category of equivalent to marriage. Criminal prosecutions and onus of proof is upon person declaring his relation as live-in-relationship.

Only in specific case any clear answer can be given. General rule is, ANYTHING AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY IS OFFENCE and live-in-relationship is against public policy.

Wife can file petition for restitution of conjugal rights in such case which can ultimately lead to divorce for which alimony/maintainence has to be paid. The act however will not amount to adultery bt can be taken as stigma about the character of the man in dovorce petition.

You have full authority to live in relationship with any number of unmarried girls until you will be caught red handed by your wife and only then you will be booked under many sections of IPC and shall be behind the bar. So take divorce and live with another to avoid crime.

well answer is no though section 494 of IPC, talks about second marriage in life time of living spouse it would still came with in definition of Bigamy because now the livein relation is at par with marriage and it would be punishable as well if first wife made complaint to police or to court.
