Can a lawyer who is C.F.N.A represent any party in a family court?

i just wanted to know dat my respondent had hire a advocate who is C.F.N.A no.1 can he compete with my lawyer in family court. plz someone answer.

Hello,
No only a lawyer with llb degree can represent . Family court is a court wherein if known faces appear it is good. You should also have a salad Lic for practices and should have given AIBE exam also.

In this case if respondent advocate has a legal license to practice from the Bar council of india then he/she can hire the lawyer for the same matter.
Will you please explain the abbreviation for C.F.N.A ?

In family court not only lawyers but an person having knowledge of law can represent the client provided he is allowed by order of court to represent the client .better concentrate on facts and law instead of who is represent you opponent.
