Can a hindu man have second marriage without divorce

WHAT SHOULD I DO LEGALLY FOR SECOND MARRIAGE WITHOUT DIVORCING FIRST. WE HAVE COMPLETED 10 YEARS OF OUR MARRIAGE. LOTS OF MEDICAL DONE BUT WE ARE CHILDLESS. WE ARE HINDU.
No Hindu man cannot do second marriage.only because of child you can't do this now a day medical science is highly advanced so you can have child by different means .it not the solution to remarry because of child .you can adopt a child .so don't do this

Hindu Marriage Act does not recognize second marriage during the existence of the first marriage. Therefore in case you want to marry for the second time you will have to obtain a divorce from your wife. You can look for an option to adopt a child if that resolves your issue.

You hav two way to get second marriage. First you give divorce to at present wife than get marriage or second you get a concent from your present wife for getting another marriage. But I suggest you get divorce first than get second marriage it's much better for future.
