In case both the girl and boy are major, then in that case their marriage is valid, if done with the free consent of both.
But in case either of them are minor and not eligible for marriage, then it is a different case.

Dear Querist,

there is no bar in marrying a girl or boy of any caste. the only requirements are both must have completed the age i.e. Boy (21 yrs.) Girl (18 yrs.) for marriage. both must be of sound mind. Lastly with the consent of both the boy and girl marriage ceremony can be done. But kindly specify whether both are of same religion or not.

4. What is the Meaning of Chamar Caste and Vishwakarma Caste: While these specific castes are not directly mentioned on the page, it's essential to understand that caste should not be a barrier to marriage in the eyes of the law.   It's important to note that while the law allows intercaste marriages, societal attitudes and challenges may exist. However, individuals have the legal right to choose their life partners regardless of caste, and the law upholds this right.
