Brother's spouse is having extra marital affair what action can I take

only recently been informed about a family issue, which has resulted in mental treatment for my married sibling. Unfortunately my sibling spouse has not given us any update on my sibling's progress and still in the care center. now we have got to know through reliable resources the spouse is having an affair and giving the care center the impression that the family has no interest.please guide me
If the spouse is having an extra marital affair then in case of wife you can file a case against the male with whom the affair is for adultery and file for Divorce against the male. In case the husband is having an extra marital affair then the wife can file for Divorce and case for cheating.
