Brother's not allowing me to meet my mother what can be done

We r 2 chilldern (Girl & boy) of my mother. Father expired 2 yrs back. Now my brother both 2nd marriage is not allowing to meet me or my mother and when i tried to meet her, they both had raised an FIR agst my husband for dirty calls/ following her wife etc. etc. Now mother is not allow to meet anyone in the family. They have taken the house from her and now they are against her bank balance. She is above 69 yrs of age.
