Brother threatening o kill me and my father

Sir my brother beats my mom and abuses . he tried to burn cylinder but somehow we stopped. He fights even for small things. He even attacked my sister .Yesterday he fought with me and my dad and said that he will kill us into pieces whenever we will be alone.
File a complaint against him in police station . Tell ur your father to disown him . And file complaint with local police station also with DC if ur father is senior citizen. Still he continues to that file a complaint in court
