Brother in laws wife has put false allegations against us what to do

Hi m yogita my brother in law wife application against my husband nd my inlaws that they r suffring the domestic voilance in this house but it is false she have tollaly prblm with his husband nd we are also frusted from them but they situaltion was very wrong this tym. So what can we do plz answer nd help.
Once a dv case is registered against you and your family members then you can either right it or else if you have enough ground of your non involvement then you can go for quashing in high court where you can set a side a complain.

first of all without any hesitation receive domestic complaint and appoint appropriate advocate to file reply on behalf of you and your husband. There was numbers of judgments available in which court observed and pronounce that if role of in-laws are not there then domestic violence complaint is not maintainable.
