Brother harassing to capture property what can I do

Dear sir, My Elder brother and his wife tourchering our entire family since 4 yr. They are trying to capture all property. They are Filling fake FIR again and again and misusing womens law. They have enough money to handle nearest police station and the police also trying to take benefits of both side now. What can I do now?

I would like to advice you that you also file counter FIR against such thing and if your FIR will not register by police you can file a complain case in court moreover if the case and harassment is for property's you should file partition suit in civil court to get your genuine claim.
