Brother eloped with minor girl. Police harassing the family What to do

hello sir my bro 23 years old elope with minor girl since last ten days and now police start harassing us and claim to arrest us . what to do sir ..?
Your brother has committed a serious offence for which he can be prosecuted and sent to prison . It is natural that you will be inquired about the matter as you are family members. Even if minor girl has given consent to elope still in eyes of law its an offence of kidnapping as minor are considered not mature enough to know consequences of their acts. Police investigation will go on and if you as family members are not accessory to this offences my advise would be to cooperate with police.
