Bring my wife back from her maternal home,gone to take care of her dad

Wife has asked for maintenance since she is staying with father. She is taking care of him, though should have done by son, who stays in the same city but stays at his in-laws place..Inspite of repeated request for her to come over along with father..she refuses..what to do. She went on her request of father to bring the family together but continued staying there..and none of the family members supported her..
.You cant't retain your wife to take care of her father inspite of her brother is not performing his own responsibility.and only boy is not bound to take care of his father. You can take legal action as filing a petition for restitution of conjugal rights .

Dear Sir,
Firstly give a notice in writing though registered post or speed post with AD stating her to return to her matrimonial house.If that also does not work then you have to approach the family court and ask for restitution of conjugal rights through proper petition.
