Boyfriend died family blaming me for his death

I broke up with my boyfriend, he wanted me back in his life, got brain damaged due to bad habits & he died last week, We’re neighbors & his family is now keep calling, blaming & threatening me that they will file police complain against me that I am the reason behind their son’s death. We are now staying at my aunt’s place for few days what should we do ? I want to get rid of this, really depressed please advice ! Can they file case against me ?
If they are threatening you and blaming you for his death then you should file a complaint against them too. They have no right to blame you in any circumstances, you should raise your voice against that

They may file a case against you . But you don't worry about this, because your boyfriend died a natural death. You are not responsible for that. Criminal case will not be survived . If such precedents take place , everyone will say that his or her dear one is died because of this person or that person. So in short such complaints have no legal sanctity. So whenever they file a case against you inform us or any lawyer. You will get easy acquittal from this case.

no problem, they can not do anythink if that boy was living and loving u, therefore he died. it is in one side love. therefore you are not liable to died him. if u did personally anythink with him, than you are personally liable. brain hem rage is the normal reason, if anyone have burdon than he can go in this position.
