Boy married another women after getting married with my daughter

greedy boy and his parents not accept my daughter after marriage,,he has done another marriage with next girl,I want suggestion what i do ?already 498A,506,504 and 125 running but very much delay. can i complain to another case if yes which court.
No you can not file any other case in same offence Except high court for fast track trial of pending case.
File a DV Case and apply for fast track trial in this case too.

Unfortunately the criminal cases take a lot of time. Yet, you may expedite the matters by moving an application in the High Court.
Secondly you can file a criminal case for Bigamy if he has married another women.
Thirdly the domestic violence case is a summary trial and relatively takes lesser time than the other criminal proceedings. hence you can file a DV case in the magistrate court.
Lastly you can file a case for divorce on the grounds of adultery, cruelty, bigamy and desertion in the family court. the family court can also help you provide interim maintenance u/s 24 of HMA so that at least some money will keep coming till the time the cases are going on.
