If boy's family wants to cancel the marriage one month before the marriage. Then what can be done if girl's family go to police or women cell.... Plzz suggest

Yes you could approach Police ,if groom family after initial ceremony is refusing to comply with the promise made ,if they are refusing for demand of dowry then definitely they could be penalised, or even there are other reason they had to give explanation for abrupt refusal just before a month!
