If the property is your father's self earned property, then your aunt can't claim any right in it. On the other hand if it is your grand father's property, then your aunt also has right in it . First collect papers for that. You will get your problems solved.

HELLO !

If the property is an ancestral property then your aunt is having every right as a legal heir and also having rights to claim the property from your dad. She can also approach the respective court to get the stay order on the construction. You didn't mention "How the property was derived to your father?" For further information call me on my mobile number .

HELLO!
IF THE PROPERTY IS AN INHERITED ONE, YOUR AUNT HAS GOT EVERY RIGHT OF SHARE, AND IF THE PROPERTY IS THE SELF EARNED PROPERTY OF YOUR FATHER, SHE HAS NO RIGHT. FOR MORE DETAILS AND CLARIFICATION PL.ME IN MY MOBILE WHEN THE CASE IS IN PENDING IN ANY JURISDICTIONAL COURT, GRANTING OF STAY IN FAVOUR DEPEND UP ON PROVING HER CLAIM OVER THE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW OF SUCCESSION.
