Assamese girlfriend parents against love marriage as i am a nepali

sir m from biswanath. my girlfrnd also from biswanath .. she is assamese and iam nepali.and her father working as a staff in biswanath court. now we want to live together but her parents not agree for this marriage because iam nepali plz give me suggestion what can i do .
If the Girl has completed the age of 18 years and boy has completed the age of 21 years then no body can stop the marriage. You both can marry as per customs or by way of registration. But prior to marriage for safety make a information (General Diary Entry) before the concerned police station of your locality thorough the Girl stating that her parents are against her marriage and she at her own wish marring the boy and there may be chance of lodging false FIR against the boy to make a kidnapping case. And take the receipt copy of that information.
