Annulment of marriage decree. How to proceed ?

30-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
. My real problem is the fake marriage certificate that I had submittted at the embassy. After I got the visa I married a girl in the USA, this was a legal marriage. Now the USCIS is not accepting the real mariage which occurred in the U.S. because of this fake marriage certificate. I believe that I need to obtain a petition for the decree of nullity or that void marriage from the civic authority ie from the court or any other civic authority. Thank you.

You will have to get a decree of divorce from the competent court and submit it before the concerned authority. After that only you will be able to solve your problem. It may be by mutual consent of other way
