Already married man promised to marry harassed by his wife

A guy elder to me by 7 years, I was seeing him for 5 years and he broke up with me saying I'm not marrying him, I assured him I will once I'm 23. He got engaged to a villager and after being sick of it, started contacting me for 4 months to take him back. I finally did on the condition that I won't date him again if he's still engaged. He promised to break off everything but didn't. 8 months passed, they married, I stopped contact but he didn't budge. Meanwhile, the villager whom he got married to along with some people has been harassing, insulting, threatening to kill me and myou family.
